Management Team
The VBrick management team has been constructed to provide a wide array of experience in video, networking, and application software technology combined with business management. The team exemplifies out of the box thinking coupled with a solid commitment to offering industry solutions and customer satisfaction.

Vince Vincent Graziani, Chief Executive Officer
Appointed in 2007, Vincent Graziani brings nearly 25 years of demonstrated success increasing market share and managing successful product introductions in the networking and telecommunications industry to VBrick. Previously, Mr. Graziani was the president and CEO of Sandburst Corporation, which provided advanced, carrier-class switching solutions that drive real-time voice, video, and data communications services across the Internet. At Sandburst, Mr. Graziani established Sandburst’s strategic product direction, oversaw product introductions, and raised four rounds of venture financing. Additionally, Mr. Graziani also served as senior director, Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Broadcom Corporation (after Broadcom acquired Sandburst). He has also held senior management positions at Intel and Siemens.

Rich Rich Mavrogeanes, Founder
Rich Mavrogeanes has been in the communications industry for more than 35 years. Prior to founding VBrick in 1997, he was a founding executive at several other successful technology companies. His background includes the US. Air Force, senior technical, marketing and management positions at Avidia, Switched Network Technologies, Dataproducts Corporation Government division, and General DataCom. He previously served as VBrick CEO and Chairman. He received the "Innovator Of The Year" award, was named one of 17 industry executives to Federal Computer Week's "Federal 100" list for making a difference in Federal Information Technology, was named a "A List" executive by Telecom Magazine, received the Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist Award, and accepted ComputerWorld's Hero's Award. Rich also serves on the board of directors of the Connecticut Technology Council, the Internet Streaming Media Alliance, and the MPEG Industry Forum and the Connecticut Commission for Education Technology. He was named one of the top most influential people in the streaming media industry by Streaming Media Magazine, and he has authored many articles on the subject of networking, video, and streaming media which have appeared in the top industry journals. rmavro@vbrick.com

Paul Paul Hallee, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Hallee has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations at established and venture-funded technology companies. As CFO with Boston-Power, he secured $18 million to drive the company’s manufacturing expansion in China. Additionally, Mr. Hallee was CFO for Sandburst Corporation, where he guided the sale of the company to Broadcom in 2005. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hallee was CFO at FutureTense, where he was central to directing the company’s sale to Open Market for $125 million. Mr. Hallee has also held executive positions at Cognio, Gotuit Media, Gould Electronics, iConverse, and WSI Corporation. Mr. Hallee holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Stan

Stanley Jaworski, Chief Marketing Officer
Stanley Jaworski is responsible for VBrick's global marketing strategy and organization.  His responsibilities include global branding, demand generation, channel marketing, corporate communications, and product/service marketing.

Mr. Jaworski has proven experience building and leading IT marketing programs. Prior to joining VBrick, he was vice president of worldwide channel marketing at Network Appliance Inc. (NetApp), where he designed and implemented the company’s first global channel marketing organization. Additionally, Mr. Jaworski directed accelerated growth for Symbol Technologies, Inc., where he held executive management positions in corporate marketing and channel marketing during his nearly 20 years with the company. He started his career in business development and product marketing positions for AMF Incorporated. Mr.Jaworski holds an M.B.A. from Long Island University and a B.M. from State University of New York.


Craig Craig Myers, Vice President of World Wide Sales
Craig Myers is a long time streaming media evangelist and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of success building and managing emerging market sales teams.  Prior to joining VBrick in 2004, Craig was the co-founder and CEO of a venture backed streaming media service provider, VideoScape.   VideoScape pioneered the corporate use of streaming media as a business tool to train and communicate with customers, partners and sales channels.  He was an early executive with PictureTel where company revenue grew from less than $100 million to more than $500 million during his tenure as the Director of Channel Sales.  He was instrumental in the creation, sale, implementation and management of an innovative service based model for videoconferencing.  This led to one of PictureTel’s largest end user sales ever, Kinkos.  Craig holds a degree in Management from Purdue University.

Charlie Charlie Baudinet, Vice President of Finance
Charles A. Baudinet previously served as the Controller for General DataComm operations where he was responsible for the financial performance of four product development centers around the world. He also served as the controller of DataComm Leasing Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Baudinet held cost accounting and corporate financial analyst positions at Hewlett-Packard, Parker Pen, and Insurance Services Office. Charlie holds a B.A. from St. John's University and a M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Mike Michael Benson, Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Mike Benson is a seasoned veteran of nearly 20 years of selling technology and telecommunications solutions to major corporations and government agencies. He has an impressive record of high-curve sales growth and responsive customer service. Before coming to VBrick in 2000, Mike was a regional sales manager for Sprint, overseeing a territory of 35 states and the Caribbean and managing an impressively productive sales team. Prior to that, he held senior account management positions at Tektronix and Eastman Kodak. Mike received his B.A, degree from Graceland College in Iowa.

Lynn Lynn Woodhall, Vice President of Human Resources
Lynn Woodhall has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources specializing in technology companies. Her breadth of experience includes all areas of Human Resources with a focus in the areas of recruitment of key talent and employee retention, as well as compliance with federal regulations and programs. Previously, Lynn led Human Resources for MECA Software, pioneers in personal financial management software and on-line banking solutions. She also managed Human Resources for Thomson Software Products, a U.S. division of Thomson, CSF. Earlier in her career, she held Human Resources positions with Ohmeda and Amerock, manufacturers in the Midwest. Lynn received her B.A. from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven and is a national member of Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work.

Bruce Bruce Webber, Vice President of Software Engineering
Bruce Webber has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining VBrick, Bruce was Chief Architect and Manager of Software Development for Internetworking Products at General DataComm Industries.He has extensive experience in WAN and LAN technologies and in network management. He also held software engineering and management positions at Bristol-Babcock Inc. Bruce holds degrees from Clark University, New York University, and Yale University.

Bob Robert Gifford, Vice President of Hardware Engineering
Robert Gifford has over 18 years of experience in the data communications industry. Bob has held management and engineering positions at Eastman Kodak where he developed imaging systems; United Technologies where he worked on the Advanced Tactical Fighter aircraft systems; DataSwitch Corporation where he developed patented IBM mainframe access technology; and at Digitech Industries where he was instrumental in developing key LAN and WAN network protocol technologies that lead to the acquisition of Digitech by LeCroy Corp. in 1997. Bob is also a founder of Real Life Logic, a engineering consulting company, specializing in embedded systems development.

Bryan Bryan Neumann, Vice President of Operations
Bryan Neumann has over 20 years of experience in high-tech operations and manufacturing. Bryan has held management and engineering positions at: American Dynamics Manufacturing Engineering where he was responsible for automated circuit board assembly and the selection, installation, and operation of MRPII system; Dataswitch Corporation Manufacturing Engineering where he implemented MRP systems, was responsible for manufacturing facility implementation, and managing off-shore manufacturing subcontractors; and Trinitech Systems Inc., where he served as Vice President of Hardware Technology where he was responsible for manufacturing, product development, customer service, purchasing, quality assurance, and hardware sales.

Greg Gregg Bishop, Director of Quality Assurance
Gregg Bishop has over 20 years of experience in the area of manufacturing, test and quality assurance. Prior to joining VBrick Systems, Gregg held a senior quality position at General Signal Networks where he was responsible for the IBM channel extension product line. He held senior test and quality engineering positions at Perkin-Elmer and Data Switch Corporation and holds a degree in computer science. Gregg has successfully implemented an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system that plays a key role in VBrick’s ability to deliver high quality products to our customers.
