VBrick Named One of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut
Digital Video Leader Captures Title for the Third Year in a Row

WALLINGFORD, Conn. – March 26, 2008- VBrick Systems, Inc., the world leader in digital video systems and solutions, today announced that it has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the third year in a row.  The Connecticut Better Business Bureau, Hartford Business Journal, and Best Companies Group established the award to recognize organizations that drive Connecticut’s economy and foster a dynamic workplace.

Companies statewide participated in the rigorous, two-phase evaluation process to determine Best Places to Work in Connecticut award recipients.  The first phase evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and commitment to employee programs that support continued career opportunities, work-life balance, and other key issues.  The second evaluation phase included an employee survey to measure the workplace from the employee perspective.  Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process in Connecticut with assistance from ModernThink LLC, which analyzed the data to determine the award winners.

“At VBrick, our most important founding principle is our commitment to our employees,” said Vince Graziani, chief executive officer, VBrick Systems, Inc.  “We are pleased to have received this honor for the third year in a row. We understand that true success is not measured in dollars and cents but by how we engage our workforce.  To be the industry leader, we must continue to attract and retain the best employees.”

According to Peter Burke, president, Best Companies Group, “Research shows that companies who invest in creating a healthy work//life balance enjoy more bottom line success.” “We congratulate VBrick for providing a work environment that promotes teamwork and a healthy work/life balance,” said Burke.

The ‘Best Places to Work’ award is given annually to Connecticut businesses of distinction.
