EtherneTV Simplifies Media Distribution Management by Delivering Multiple Video Applications from One System

WALLINGFORD, Conn. – June 20, 2008- VBrick Systems, Inc., the world leader in digital video appliances and solutions, today announced EthernetTV 4.2 - the newest release of its enterprise video systems offering. VBrick’s EtherneTV system is a powerful tool for distributing live and on-demand video assets across various sized campus and enterprise IP networks.  EtherneTV allows organizations to simplify management by delivering a number of video applications, all from one system.

EtherneTV 4.2 is enhanced with three new software modules, EtherneTV Channel Guide, EtherneTV Reporter, and EtherneTV Backup.

·      EtherneTV Channel Guide allows users to download television programming lists from an Internet server and associate it with the television channels they are delivering on their network. Customers can also use this functionality to create “custom stations” with programming information for self-generated content.

·      EtherneTV Reporter allows system administrators to access detailed reports outlining a wealth of information on system use, such as client view­ing, most frequently watched Video-on- Demand content, date and time filter­ing, and viewing by geographic location.
