This course focuses on the system administrator user of the ETV system. It shows how to navigate the interface, add and delete users and user permissions. Also how to use the scheduler interface and how to record a live stream, how to manage and ingest content and how to move, add and change the VBrick appliances in their network. These materials are for certified VNCE PRO engineers who will provide training directly to their customers. This content is updated when there are new releases of the ETV system. Also this material is modularized so the course can be customized to exactly the system components the administrator user has purchased. For students, the end user client course must be completed before taking this course.

End User Client Course. This course focuses the end users on the client interface of the ETV system. It shows how to navigate the interface, select live and stored streams, how to use the scheduler interface and how to record a live stream. Course materials are available from VBrick. These materials are for certified VNCE PRO engineers who will provide training directly to their customers. This content is updated when there are new releases of the ETV system. Also this material is modularized so the course can be customized to exactly the system components the end user has purchased.

This course focuses on the VBrick customer who maintains their VBrick video equipment and network. This course contains the same information as the Reseller VNCE so that end users can perform equipment installation, moves and changes on all of the VBrick equipment. The intensive hands on labs provide the End User with the skills to maintain their system when returning to the ‘home’ network.

VNCE (VBrick Network Certified Engineer) "bootcamp" course is targeted at new resellers. This 3-1/2 day comprehensive course is designed to introduce the reseller engineer into the VBrick world of digital video. It covers all the current technologies that VBrick utilizes, all of the current VBrick appliances, and the VBrick ETV system with the current features and functions. This course contains intensive hands on that utilizes the exact equipment that will be specified, and deployed in a customer network. At the end of the class the student is prepared to take the online VNCE certification exam.

VNCE PRO course provides a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ component and more in depth knowledge on VBrick products used in the Internet. This intensive 1-1/2 day course focuses on reflector technology, optimizing the ETV system for use in fire walled configurations and provides training skills for the engineer who must train the end user on the ETV system. The VNCE Pro candidate must first attend and pass the VNCE course.

VNCE Update courses (for previously certified VNCEs) are designed to keep the VNCEs current on the new VBrick technology and products. Each year a new course is developed to cover the new topics and products that were introduced during the year. These courses are available by January of the following year and encourage the VNCEs to keep their certification. Each Update course has an associated online test, which must be passed with a score of 80% to retain certification. Presently there are 2 update courses, (the current one covers up to Jan of 2007. By January 2008 another course covering 2007 topics will be made available online and in house).
