Send Invitations for a Webcast Event
Once an event is created and saved, the Event Admin of the event may copy auto generated event invitation text into an Outlook meeting invite for attendees. The Event Details button may be used to send additional invitations once the event has started by Event Moderators if necessary.
 
*To send invitations for an event:
1. Navigate to User > Events > Event Name > Event Details button. (You may also click on the Event Name in the Upcoming Events carousal from the Home page)
2. Highlight and copy the event invitation text and URL that is displayed to the clipboard. It may then be posted to a meeting invite of your choice such as Outlook.
As noted, once the Webcast is started, the Event Details button may be used to send additional invitations if needed by both the Event Admin and Event Moderators.

Tip: When creating an event, the Description field is used for the event invitation description text.
