Access the Webcast Event Comment Log
The Event Admin and Event Moderators may access all Chat comments that occurred during an event Webcast through a comment log once the event has ended.
To access the event Chat log:
1. Navigate to > > >
2. Click the button.
3. You will be prompted to open or save the Comments.txt file.
4. If you save the file, it will be downloaded to your root drive Downloads folder as comments.txt.
5. You may open it in any text editor such as Notepad.
