Schedule an Individual DME Content Synchronization
Account Admins may specify when the system initiates a DME content sync so that it may be conducted during non-business hours.
To schedule a DME content sync:
1. Navigate to > >> .
2. You may schedule the sync from either the additional actions dropdown or by editing the DME device to sync and clicking the checkbox.
You may specify the following when scheduling a DME sync:
●Start date
●Start time
●Timezone
Keep in mind:
●A content sync may only be scheduled in the future.
●If a pending sync has already been scheduled, it will be noted in the column of the device on the page.
●A scheduled sync can be canceled at any time by unchecking the checkbox and saving your changes. If the scheduled sync has already started, you can cancel the sync by clicking the button.
●As noted, you may also schedule the synchronization from the dropdown on the page.
