The Rev Control Panel provides the root user of your Rev system the ability to direct runtime resources to a specific node or server. For example, transcoding takes several resources. If you want to use one server as your transcoding server you may do so using runtime services.

The Runtime Services panel is only available to the root user of the root account of Rev. This means that if you grant more than one system admin root account access, only the initial root user account to the system will have access to this function.
