Attach a Supplemental File to a Video
Supplemental files may be attached to video uploads so that viewers may download and view them at their own speed. Use the button on the form to attach a file. Note that attaching a file to a video must be enabled globally by your administrator first before this feature is available.
To attach a file:
1. Navigate to > > .
2. Click the > button > tab > button in the section. If you do not see this feature, speak to your Admin.
3. Select a file you would like to use from your local hard drive.
a. File types you may use include: PowerPoint presentations (.ppt, .pptx), Word documents (.doc, .docx), Excel documents (.xls, .xlsx, .csv), PDFs, Zip files (.zip, .rar, .7z), Text files (.txt), Images (.jpg, .png, .gif)
b. You may specify the name for the file or the file name itself will be used if you do not. (Note: To use a name different than the filename, you must upload the file first and then edit and rename it as seen below)
c. Use the button to remove the file attachment from the video.
