Join a Webcast Event as an Attendee from the Event Calendar

Events : Attend an Event : Join a Webcast Event as an Attendee from the Event Calendar

If an event has been added to the Event Calendar and has been designated as a public event, you will be able to see it on the Event Calendar.

You may click on the event when the date and time arrives to view event details and join the event by clicking the Join Webcast button.

Tip: Private events (denoted by a lock icon) are only displayed on the Event Calendar when the following conditions are met:

●You are an Event Admin or Account Admin.

●You have been invited to the private event.

●A group you belong to has been invited to the event. If you are removed from the group that is granted access, you will no longer be able to view or attend the event.
