Bulk Editing Video Tags
Use the Bulk Edit button to append, remove, or replace one or more tags to several videos at once. Keep in mind that your System Admin must have tags enabled in Rev globally before you will see the ability to bulk edit them appear.

Tip: See the Bulk Editing Video Settings topic if you are unclear on how the Bulk Edit interface works.
*To bulk edit the tags of several videos:
1. Navigate to User > Media > All Videos | My Videos.
2. Click the Bulk Edit button.
3. Select the videos you want to edit by clicking the checkbox to the left of each. You may also select all videos in the list by selecting the top checkbox.
4. Click the Edit Videos gear to access the bulk edit functions.
5. In the Tags dropdown, select which action you want to perform and then choose the tags to perform the action on before clicking Save. Each is explained below.
6. The Append action will add whichever tags you choose to the selected videos. The tags the videos currently contain will not be modified. Note: You must click <ENTER> after typing the name of each tag before you are able to Save. In the example below, regulations has not been entered as a new tag because <ENTER> was not clicked. Rev will not let you Save an unentered tag until you do so as demonstrated by the red warning labels.
7. The Remove action is the opposite of Append and will delete the tags you choose from the selected videos. No other tags will be modified.
8. Replace will replace all current tags associated with selected videos with tags chosen. For example, orientation and government will be the new tags on all videos. All other tags associated with the videos will be removed.

Tip: If you are unsure on the results of a bulk edit, test it on one video first before applying it to multiple videos.
