Bulk Editing Video Settings
You may bulk edit video settings and metadata to save time when edits on multiple videos at once are needed. You may only bulk edit the videos you have uploaded unless you have account, media admin, or edit access permissions.
The following video settings may be edited in bulk:
●Status
●Access Control
●Categories
●Tags
●Enable Downloads
●Enable Comments
●Enable Ratings
●Custom Fields
●Legal Hold Status (if enabled)
To bulk edit video settings:
| Note: There is a 1000 video maximum that can be edited at once. You must have bulk video editing permissions before you may perform the operations described in this topic. |
1. Navigate to > > tab(s) as needed.
2. Click the icon.
3. Select the videos you want to by selecting the checkbox to the left of the video. You may also select all videos by clicking the checkbox next to . Keep in mind, this selects all videos currently uploaded to your system however.
4. Access the interface and functions by selecting the gear icon to the right of your videos.
5. Bulk edit the selected video settings as desired (view Online bulk edit help topics for assistance if needed)
6. Click the button to save any edits you have made.
7. Click the button to discard any edits you have made.
8. Click the button to close the Bulk Edit interface.
