For example, you could create an Expiry Rule to set a video to Inactive status if it has not been viewed in 365 days. Or, you could create a rule to make sure all Human Resource videos are set to expire after 5 days.

If you want to edit the type and days attributes, you must create a new rule with the attribute settings you want and add your videos again. You may do this through the bulk edit status feature if you have several videos to add. Then delete your old rule. |
4. Specify if the rule is to be or . will keep the video visible by the number you enter in the field and then expire (or delete) the content on the next day.
If you specify , the video will expire (or delete) if it has not been viewed (or partially viewed) by the number in the field.
5. Check the checkbox if you want the video to be deleted when it expires. Otherwise, it will be set to Inactive.
