Upload a PowerPoint Presentation to a Webcast Event

Events : Create an Event : Upload a PowerPoint Presentation to a Webcast Event

You are easily able to display and control a PowerPoint presentation in addition to your streaming video for your Webcast event.

To upload a PowerPoint presentation:

1. Navigate to User > Events > Add Event > Upload Presentation File section > Choose a File button.

2. The following extensions must be used or an error is generated upon upload:

○.ppt

○.pptx

3. When a presentation has been uploaded, the Choose a File button is replaced by the Replace File button. Use the Replace File button to replace a previously uploaded presentation file. Select the Enable Download checkbox if you want your attendees to be able to download the presentation. It will be available for download in the Event Details section during the Webcast.
