Download the Webcast Event Chat Log
The Event Admin and Event Moderators may download all Chat comments that occurred during an event Webcast through a comment log once the event has ended.
To download the event Chat log:
1. Navigate to > > >
2. Click > .
3. A file will be downloaded to your root drive Downloads folder as comments.txt.
4. You may open it in any text editor such as Notepad.
